2025/26 - Bronze

For the 2025 D of E season, Outspark would like to give you the best opportunity to receive the expedition dates you want, and to provide you with the right number of staff to work with all of the young people who have applied in your school. To do this, we have started the process of re-booking earlier. You would have recently received an email explaining this. Within that email is a link to this booking calendar. The calendar provides a simple timeline of events that we would like you to work towards.

March 2025

Email sent out detailing dates, price and offer for the following academic year. Invitation to check dates with SLT and EVC. Booking contract provided, along with useful attachments.

May 2025

Invitation to book the launch assembly, delivered by a member of the Outspark team, at your school, in early July 2024.

June 2025

2024/2025 academic year DofE expedition dates agreed by school and Outspark. Booking contract signed, July (or September) launch date in the calendar. 

September 2025

Check in with Outspark on current recruitment, any specific participant needs, and to arrange an end of previous season meeting/Zoom with a member of the Outspark team.

November 2025

2025 season fully confirmed, deposit invoice sent, meeting with Outspark either in calendar, or having taken place.
